Goose Creek Berries essentially started business in 2008, but we have been on this farm all our lives.  My grandfather bought the farm in 1949 and I spent all my "free" time with him on the farm.  He taught me to love the land and take pride in coaxing the earth to produce good food.  My wife and I built our home on the farm 11 yrs ago, my parents live in the original house (built in 1804!) and my sister lives on the farm right next to us, so this is a real family affair!
We have always had a big garden, producing tomatoes, potatoes, corn and green beans, to name a few.  We love working the ground and seeing the miracle of a tiny seed growing into a productive plant.

Strawberries have always been our favorite fruit and we have had good succes raising small plots for the family.  It is only natural that strawberries be the crop we decided to raise as a business venture.  The nutritional aspects of strawberries are well known, but its the taste that makes them favorites!
